I removed the vacuum motor and replaced it with a motion sensor. I placed a small motor inside the vacuum bag with springs attached to the motor. The motion sensor and motor were wired together using the cord from the vacuum. When a visitor walked by the vacuum cleaner the motion sensor would cause the motor in the bag to rotate. The springs attached to the motor would cause the bag to move making it appear as if a small animal was sucked up by the vacuum.
