Timothy Gaewsky is an interdisciplinary artist whose conceptual works have focus on social aspects of suburbia, community and the suburban home environment. Since 2006, Timothy has been a member of RejectEffect, a Detroit based collective he formed with Maria Prainito. He holds an MFA in Visual Art from Vermont College of Fine Art and a BFA in Painting from The Cleveland Institute of Art. Timothy teaches Time and Digital Media at the College for Creative Studiesin Detroit, MI and lives and works in Royal oak. MI.
